About Me

I am a qualified massage therapist with training in Swedish, sports and remedial massage, as well as Thai massage. I began practicing in Scotland in 2014 and have continued to develop my skills through advanced training in areas such as spinal health, soft tissue techniques, kinesiology taping, and pregnancy massage.

After moving to Salisbury in 2018, I worked at The Therapy Centre from 2019 to 2025, providing tailored treatments to a wide range of clients.

I offer a personalised approach to massage, combining techniques to suit your individual needs—whether you’re looking to relax, relieve tension, or address a specific injury.

Pricing

Rather than, offering separate “Swedish”, “Deep Tissue”, “Thai”, and “Sports”, “Remedial” treatments, I simply offer “Massage” and then discuss with you what you want out of the massage and I use whatever techniques are appropriate to achieving the best outcome for you.  I don’t currently offer a full traditional Thai massage (client is dressed and work is by acupressure and stretching only) but use many of the techniques I learned from Thai massage within my generally Western style oil/deep-tissue massage.

For example, if you are just looking for a massage following a hard few weeks but without actual injury (be it a gruelling week in Brecon, training for or following a competitive event, or just stiff and sore from gardening or long hours at your desk), I would minimise history taking and assessment and go straight to massage, using mostly ‘passive’ techniques, Swedish and deep tissue massage, with pin and stretch techniques and passive joint mobilisation.  If, on the other hand, you were looking for help with a specific injury, then we would have to spend up to 20 minutes of your session on history and assessment, then go on to massage with passive and active joint mobilisation and possible blading and taping and decide on a course of action (homework and revisits involved).

*only available as an add-on person on a home-visit or as a follow-up treatment at Wilton, and not available to new clients.  For example, one person wants a full body massage then another person can have a 30 minute dressed & seated foot or neck and shoulder massage.
